Evidence-based strategies for individual counseling and mentoring, and classroom and school accommodations will be discussed.  Educators in attendance will practice a strength-based intervention model, involving the utilization of Developmental Assets.  The instructors will guide educators in developing school-wide social/emotional learning strategies.  All participants will be given time and direction in establishing their own action planning, based upon individual needs assessments in their schools.
