| Responsibilities: | This cross categorical position will serve students in the K-5th grade programs at this attendance center. Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with other teachers and therapist are required as emphasis is on students' success in the general education environment. Excellent direct instruction and behavior management skills are also required in this position. Teacher will manage a case load and develop effective IEP's for students. |
| Qualifications: | Illinois Licensure-LBS1 certification or endorsement. Mid-State Special Education, Montgomery County/Carlinville Region serves Carlinville CUSD #1, Hillsboro CUSD #3, Litchfield CUSD #12 and Panhandle CUSD #2. We are located in central Illinois about 45 minutes South of Springfield, IL and 60 minutes North of St. Louis, MO. |
