[Area V Reg Supts] Principal Mentoring

Good Morning Everyone - As you know, ROE 50 is the AREA 5 HUB for IARSS
principal mentoring program for first year principals.  I anticipate money
will be available, and if so, all first year principals will have to go
through principal mentoring.  Please encourage your districts to use the
AREA 5 hub.    Please think about names of retired administrators in your
region and/or current superintendents that you would like to have us hire
as mentors.  IARSS was late to the game last year on this and many folks
took the training through IPA.  As a group, we need to encourage our
districts to go through the HUB.  Please have a discussion with your
superintendents and get a list of districts that are hiring a principal.
 We should start the discussions and encouragement now.
