ROE #3 Professional Development

The Regional Office of Education supports a wide variety of activities including workshops, conferences, professional development sessions, meetings, networking, technical assistance, information dissemination, and consulting to meet the needs of the schools in Bond, Fayette, and Effingham counties.

These activities are designed to complement other Regional Office of Education and local district professional development initiatives. The Regional Office of Education collaborates with local, regional, and state educational partners representing both the public and private sector in creating learning opportunities for the entire region. To keep abreast of professional development opportunities offered locally, regionally, areawide and statewide, be sure to check the ROE #3 Professional Development Events listing on a routine basis.

PLEASE NOTE: ISBE determined that many of the medical and health-related state-mandated trainings do not meet the state criteria for Professional Development clock hours (i.e. Bloodborne Pathogens, Diabetes, Chronic Health Conditions, etc.) A list of courses that DO NOT MEET state criteria are listed in this PDF document.
